The agreement

By using any Everything Everything LLC website or application you agree to these terms. AccountEverything is owned and operated by Everything Everything LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Not tax advice

AccountEverything is a bookkeeping and organization tool. It is NOT a CPA, enrolled agent, tax preparer, or financial advisor, and nothing it produces is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. It does not file, submit, or transmit anything to the IRS or any state agency. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records and for your own tax filings. Categories and totals are suggestions to help you organize — verify everything and consult a licensed tax professional before filing. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or compliance.

Billing

Any paid features are billed through Stripe. 100% digital · instant access after payment · no physical goods. Cancel a subscription anytime; access continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the services. Outputs are provided “as is” without warranty.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything Everything LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for tax outcomes arising from use of the services.
