Your financial data stays on your device

Receipts, mileage, and expense records you capture are stored on your device. We do not upload them to or store them on our servers.

What we collect

No account is required. We collect basic, non-identifying usage telemetry: IP, approximate city/region from your network provider, browser/device type, pages visited, and a random first-party _qe_id cookie used only to tell new visits from returning ones.

Evie (AI assistant)

When you ask Evie to categorize or explain something, the specific text you send is processed by third-party AI providers (Groq, Cerebras) to generate a reply. It is not sold or used for advertising. Don't paste anything you don't want sent to a provider.

Payments

Any future purchases are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data or track you across other sites.

Your choices

Clear cookies to reset _qe_id. For deletion of any data tied to you, email [email protected]; we act within 30 days.

Children

Not directed to children under 13.
